Coaching
I qualified as a coach in 2020, and am accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management. I find the coaching space fascinating, and am continually learning, and am also connected with many other coaches.
Women's Circle Facilitation
Whilst there are no formal prerequisites to holding women's circles, I decided to undertake training with Sister Stories in 2023 in order to give me a strong framework and confidence in what it means to hold space in this way.

Sister Stories provided a comprehensive grounding in the practical side of holding circles, but also helped to deeply connect us to our purpose and our why. It also looked at inclusivity and being trauma aware.
​
Sister Stories is the only CPD accredited women's circle training in the world, proving the depth of the training. I am grateful to be a part of this incredible network of facilitators.

About me
My name is Clare, I'm the founder of The Glimmerings. I've worked in the wellbeing industry for over15 years, having founded one of the first juice cleanse delivery services in the UK back in 2009. Since selling it in 2017 I consulted at various wellbeing brands and trained in Reiki.

In 2020 I trained as an executive coach. I really love helping people work through situations or challenges, and saw how creating space for them could completely transform their outlook.
​
In 2021 I moved with my family from London to Hove, as the sea and open space were calling. Moving during the pandemic meant it was hard meeting people, and I felt lonely, craving connection with other women.
​
I had heard of women's circles and was intrigued. For some time I had followed Sister Stories who train women's circles facilitators, and in January 2023 felt the calling to sign up.
​
It's been a transformative process, and I feel hugely privileged to hold circles. There is something magical about bringing women together, and creating a sacred space for them to share their stories. Leaving circle feeling uplifted and with a deep sense of connection.
